Ideally 2–4 months in advance, and earlier for peak seasons or complex itineraries. That said, we’re always happy to help when timing allows.
How does your planning work?
Maison Travel charges a flat planning fee for custom itinerary design. This supports thoughtful trip creation, insider coordination, and dedicated support from start to finish.
For hotel or cruise bookings, we’re pleased to assist with planning at no additional cost, with preferred advisor amenities and added value when available.
Planning details, including fees and scope, are shared during the initial consultation. Once itinerary design begins, planning fees are non-refundable.
